We enjoyed the 23rd Annual Santa Claus Parade on
November 17th seeing all of the smiling faces in the
crowd.
On November 23rd and 24th we enjoyed
spending time with the people from Extra Foods on Waneskewin Road raising money
for much needed items such as baby food , with our ticket sales for a chance to
win one of three awesome gift certificates.
We have another date set up at the Extra Foods
on Dec 14th to sell raffle tickets from 9-4pm Everyone is welcome to
come and see the trailer and make a non perishable food donation, or try your
luck at winning one of the gift certificates. We will be doing the draw before
Christmas and if you name is drawn you will receive a phone
call.
As well we have a pickup of food
at Lawson Heights School December 13 btw 1-2pm The kids are trying to stuff the
vice principals office with food, it will be very nice to see the excitement on
their faces when the trailer arrives.
We will also be at the Saskatoon
Blades game on December 17th accepting
donations.
We have been receiving monetary
donations as well from other companies in the trucking industry, customers, and
suppliers. Thank you so much for your continued help to make this campaign a
success in Saskatoon for those in need!
December 18th we will
be at Walter Murray Collegiate for their Pep Rally. The kids there are super
stoked!
December 18th in the
early afternoon we will be doing a very generous pickup from Maple Leaf foods on
McLeod .
Then on December 19th
we will be making our delivery to the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning
Centre!
